Refund Policy

If you are not happy with Hysterical for any reason, tell us within 14 days of purchase and you will get a full refund.

To ask for one, email help@earlfriend.com with your order details, or contact Paddle, which handles our orders as Merchant of Record, through the link in your receipt.

A refund ends your licence. You must then stop using Hysterical, delete all copies and stop using your licence key.

This doesn't reduce any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Hysterical is sold by Earlfriend LLC, doing business as iii.audio. The full terms are in the Terms and Conditions.
